Why Deepa Snigdha is a good gift

The handcrafted diya

The diya in Deepa Snigdha is painted by hand by neurodiverse children at the Vocational Training Center of the Autism Specialist Learning Foundation (ASLF). The thank-you card in the box carries this credit, with the line "Their talent, now lighting your Diwali."

• Every diya is one of a kind. The brushwork and colours differ from box to box. The card shows yellow, red, blue and green.
• A gift that recognises skill. The diya is made by the children at the centre, and the card credits them for it.
• The receiver learns who made it. The card names the centre and shows its logo, so the diya is gifted along with its story.

Shuddhi Kalpa · Premium Botanical Bathing Bar, 100 g

SnanAvashyak™ Phenakam. A premium herbal scrub soap made on a base of coconut, sesame and castor oils, blended with herb powders and extracts. It cleanses surface impurities and leaves skin looking smoother, softer and more radiant, turning the daily bath into a fragrant, traditionally inspired ritual. Handcrafted with care. For the body only, not for the face.

Key ingredients: Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil, Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Aqua, Sodium Hydroxide, Herbal Extract Blends, Herb Powders, Parfum.

How to use: Wet the body and the bar. Work it into a lather between your palms, apply below the neck and massage gently without scrubbing hard. Rinse well. Use once daily, or three to four times a week, depending on skin tolerance. Let the bar drain and dry between uses.

OshtaLepa™ Ayurvedic Lip Balm, 5 g

A nourishing lip balm made on castor oil, A2 Gir cow ghee (Shatadhauta Ghrita) and natural waxes, with squalane and a herbal extract blend. It softens and moisturises dry lips, leaving them smooth and comfortable, and can be worn alone or under lipstick.

Key ingredients: Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Ghee (Shatadhauta Ghrita, A2 Gir Cow), Cera Alba (Beeswax), Squalane, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Herbal Extract Blend, Aroma.

How to use: Smooth over clean lips in the morning. Reapply through the day and after meals. Apply a generous layer at bedtime. For lips only.
